Expo/BOH
Looking for an experienced expo to join our team! Must have at least two years experience in high volume settings. This is a hybrid role that involves food plating, food running, light prep and other BOH duties. Cooking experience strongly preferred. This position requires Friday to Sunday availability, morning to mid-afternoon shifts. Competitive pay based on experience level, opportunities for merit based raises within 30-60-90 days. Looking for an experienced utility/prep person for 4-5 days a week to join our team! Must have experience running dish, maintaining a clean and organized BOH, and able to complete simple prep/reset tasks with speed and precision. Fridays/Sundays mandatory. Full Time Cook
Smack Dab is looking for a high-volume experienced cook for full time work, both on our brunch line and for catering prep/production. Availability on weekends is a must for AM hours (7 am-4 pm range) and/or weekday production hours in later afternoon/early evening. Knife skills and speed must be high and ideal candidate has familiarity with most standard cooking techniques and bulk production. Baking experience is a plus. Start wage $20+/hour based on experience with additional weekend pay. Merit based raises within 30-60-90 days.
